Product Guarantee
NuevoSol pieces are thoughtfully crafted wearable art made by artisans using traditional techniques. Because many of our products are hand painted or handmade, slight variations in pattern and color are natural and part of each piece’s uniqueness.
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@nuevosol.co and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@nuevosol.co with your name, order number, and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned at this time. Made-to-order items that are not custom-made remain eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
