Product Guarantee Policy

NuevoSol’s mission is to provide you with beautiful, ethically sourced, artisan made, wearable art. We proudly stand behind our items and want you to be happy with your purchase. All items are returnable within 15 days of delivery. Each of our hand painted products are original and unique so variances in pattern and color is natural. We fully guarantee against defects or performance failures for the natural life of a product. Please send all Product Guarantee inquiries to contact@nuevosol.co.
Include your name, order number, and a detailed account of the issue with your product. We look forward to resolving your concern!

Returns Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@nuevosol.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards at this time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
