Our Processes

Our Processes

Our one-of-kind designs are inspired by natural elements and the merging of cultures.

Our artisans hand-apply designs on natural fibers using our special combination of ancient and modern techniques.

Batik stamping of hot wax resists dyes that are hand painted over the wax, creating beautifully layered patterns.
Fabrics drying naturally between color layering in the warm South American sun.

We use cold set low impact dyes applied by hand leaving very little, if any residue. Then we wash our fabrics in fresh mountain spring water.

Our garments are cut by hand, then stitched and finished with precision and care.

COVID-19 Update:

We have re-opened our factory at 50% production. Our artists are working on an as needed basis while we navigate through these challenging times. The painting and batik production is done in outdoor pavilions while the inside production teams work in spacious socially distanced environments. Masks are mandatory and sanitation stations are plenty. We are providing private transportation to and from work to keep our people safe. We provide a full nutritionally balanced lunch everyday to all of our workers.
