Shipping Policy

Shipping in the U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9. Additional expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that made-to-order items may require an additional 1–3 weeks of processing time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Items currently in stock in the U.S. or Ecuador typically arrive within 3–12 business days via standard shipping. Made-to-order items typically take 2–4 weeks, since they're handcrafted after your order is placed.
